ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue necessary permission to the petitioner to conduct the Pollan Memorial Function at the place of R.S.No.693/2, Nallamangapalayam. Arachalaur Village, Erode District, to be 1 / 3

held on 17.07.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already, the petitioner was permitted to conduct the Homage festival in Arachalur Village. Now, the petitioner wants to locate in the new place, which is not permissible and therefore, the respondents-Police had not toally restricted paying homage to the freedom fighter, but they have only restricted to the place which are already booked for the same.

3. In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed and the respondents-Police are directed to permit the petitioner to pay homage at the place where they were also permitted in the earlier occasion.
