Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Deed and Assignment Agreement dated 30.11.2023 registered as document No.303 of 2024 in the office of the 3rd respondent executed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to act upon impugned document as against the petitioners and his property covered under by impugned document and to direct the 3rd respondent to delete / strike off the registration entries relating to the said impugned document in all official records.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to place all the issues raised in this petition before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.23986 to 23988 of 2024 are closed.
