This application has been filed to amend the name as K.Vinothraj @ Vinoth instead of Vinothraj, in respect of second petitioner is concerned, in Crl.OP.No.14231 of 2023 vide order dated 27.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.14231 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

However, one week time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
