(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we are of the view that the only direction which can be passed is for the stated representation of the petitioner against the first respondent dated 18.11.2009 to be disposed of in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months' of the receipt of the copy of this order. Needless to say that the disposal of the representation by respondent Nos.2 and 3 would be preceded by the inspection of site.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
