This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 26.07.2023 issued by the third respondent, in and by which, the applications received from the petitioners, who are working as Senior Clerk in the Judicial Department, for appearing in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the post of Assistant, have been rejected.

As per Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the petitioners will have to approach only the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, challenging the notice impugned herein.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. Costs made easy. Connected W.M.Ps. are closed.
