JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that the writ petition was disposed of on 19.08.2024 with the consent of parties and therefore, the writ appeal challenging the interim order passed in the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.16303 of 2024 is also dismissed.
