ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 23.07.2025, a mention was made at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the GWOP already evidence has been adduced and it is at the stage of arguments. Therefore, he seeks for direction to the Trial Court namely Principal District Judge, Kanchipuram District, Chengalpattu to dispose of the GWOP.No.189 of 2021 expeditiously and he does not want to further delay the proceedings on account of any interlocutory application seeking visitation rights, without prejudice to the right of the father to seek visitation rights/interim custody.
5. In the light of the above, the paragraph No.6 in the order dated 23.07.2025 is omitted and instead, the following paragraph is substituted. "Considering the fact that the GWOP is at the stage of argument, the PDJ, Kanchipuram District,
Chengalpattu shall hear the arguments of the counsel on both sides and dispose of the GWOP on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
