C.M.P.No.1996 of 2024 in S.A.No.74 of 2024 P.T.ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed to grant an order of stay of the Judgment and decree dated 14.12.2022 made in AS.No.19/2021 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore by reversing the Judgment and decree dated 23.03.2021 made in OS.No.1470/2019 on the file of the V Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
