Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his two brothers Kasi and Murugan by interfering the Civil dispute and NOT TO providing Police Aid to put up a Wall over the petitioner's land by Opposite party Lakshmanan and his son Balasubramaniyam.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his two brothers Kasi and Murugan by interfering the Civil dispute and not to providing Police Aid to put up a Wall over the petitioner's land by Opposite party Lakshmanan and his son Balasubramaniyam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Balasubramanian, petition enquiry in CSR No.126 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
