The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.847 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.847 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode on 28.05.2014.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.847/2011, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
