O.P.No.84 of 2022 O.P.No.84 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, seeking Succession Certificate relating to the debts standing in the name of the deceased N.S.Nagarajan @ Sri Nagaraja Gurukkal, who was the brother of the petitioner herein, and who died intestate on 03.05.2021.

2. The mother of the deceased S.Padmavathy and the wife of the deceased, Mrs.Vedavalli had predeceased him. It is stated that they had no children.

3. After following due procedure, the petitioners were invited to tender evidence.

4. The 1st petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of N.S.Nagarajan @ Sri Nagaraja Gurukkal was marked as Ex.P3. The Death Certificate of his wife Mrs.Vedavalli was marked as Ex.P2. The letter from the Tahsildar relating to the Legal Heirship Certificate was marked as Ex.P7. The details of Fixed Deposits and the Bank Accounts were marked as Exs.P8 and P9.

5. In view of the evidence presented, the Original Petition stands allowed. Succession Certificate to be issued in the name of all the petitioners.
