ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27201 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2021 and after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders for issuance of patta on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order as early as on 09.08.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 09.08.2023 before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent did not conduct enquiry as directed by this Court, and failed to give opportunity to the petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
