O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General would state that as against the order dated 10.04.2025, passed by this Court, the Corporation filed an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.627 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court has dismissed the same on 10.03.2025, confirming the order passed by this Court. He would further state that subsequently, the Corporation filed a Special Leave Petition as against the judgment dated 10.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the order dated 10.03.2025 passed in W.A.No.627 of 2025 and the matter is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He has also produced a copy of the stay order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
