The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that these applications may be closed. In such view of the matter, these applications stands closed.

2. It is also stated that pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 08.01.2024, the transfer of shares have been taken place. As far as the immovable properties are concerned, it requires some time. Hence, seeks time.

3. Post on 12.02.2024. The parties are at liberty to deal with the properties after the transfer is completed.
