This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.3 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.9368 of in Crl.O.P.No.12751 of 2023, dated 07.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
