(made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant has made an endorsement that he is withdrawing this writ appeal and seeks liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

2. In view of the endorsement made, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. There is no question of giving liberty to the appellant in view of the fact that in case there are statutes under which he can initiate proceedings, it is always open to him to initiate such proceedings.
