This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 168 days in re-presenting the Second Appeal in S.A.SR.No.33984 of 2021.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that after the papers had been returned by the Registry, further documents were sought from the counsel and they had to be obtained from the Lower Court. In view of those reasons, there had been some delay in re-presenting the returned papers.

3.In view of the reasons stated, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the S.A.SR.No.33984 of 2021, if it is otherwise in order.
