O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.10.2020, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15589 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.412 of 2019 within a period of twelve weeks and file the final report before the Court concerned. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report on 04.12.2019 itself and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.1196 of 2021 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 3.
