This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.426 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.925 of 2021 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
