Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (*) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13510 of 2021 on 04.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.(*) -sd/- 10/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
