This petition has been filed to recall the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13156 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.14775 of 2022.

2. Already, by order dated 09.08.2023, anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent was cancelled in Crl.MP.No.2183 of 2023.

3. Therefore, this miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the second respondent is at liberty to secure the first respondent and proceed further in accordance with law.
