ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the regular vacancies on the various categories mentioned in Resolution No.10, passed by the 3rd respondent in the Meeting held on 31.07.2014, by considering their temporary service of three years in the said post.

2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.06.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.06.2016, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
