Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.98546 of 2024. He also submits that notice had been served and the name of the Insurance Company is printed in the cause list.

2. Considering that the petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the Appeal, the petition in C.M.P.No.17746 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 82 days.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, if Vakalat is filed and found proper.
