C O M M O N O R D E R To quash the case in Crime No.343 of 2021 on the file of the Elavanasoorkottai Police Station, Kallakurichi, the present criminal original petitions have been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both the criminal original petitions submitted that in these cases, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.168 of 2022. Hence, the matter has now become infructuous and in this regard, endorsement has also been made.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
