This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal City Civil Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.15747 of 2023, dated 1/3

07.07.2023 and relax the conditions imposed in bail order passed by the Principal City Civil Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2023, dated 03.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
