The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.93686 of 2025.

2. Since the petition is filed to condone the delay of 1 day, notice to Respondents is dispensed with. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.15407 of 2025 is allowed.
