The petitioner claims to be the owner of the vacant land, admeasuring to an extent of 0.30.5 Hectares comprised in S.No.52/2, Belathur Village, Oozur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.4104/2015 dated 12.03.2015, registered on the file of the office of the Sub Registrar, Oozur. The petitioner submitted an application to the 3rd respondent for cancellation of patta on the ground that the 4th respondent has obtained patta in respect of the portion of the land owned by the petitioner and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the 4th respondent herein and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent herein.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
