This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17930 of 2022 i.e., the petitioner shall stay at Avinashi and report before the Inspector of Police, Avinashi Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 08.09.2022 mpl https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
