2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the FIR as against the petitioners in Crime No.204 of 2025 has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the RCS notice also served to the defacto complainant. M. NIRMAL KUMAR, J.
