Prayer in WP No.22751 of 2023 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Refusal Check Slip in Refusal Number RFL/bjs;shh;/76/2023 dated 18.05.2023 and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent to entertain the sale deed dated 18.05.2023 for registration and consequently to register the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsements made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to the costs.
