Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the proceedings and copy of the order passed by the respondent regarding change of patta with reference to old SF.No.3/3, of Bodinaickenpatty village, Salem West Taluk, Salem, corresponding to New TS.No.38 by considering the petitioner representation dated 11.03.2016. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner - Sangam is that though it was issued with patta No.407 in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.84 acres in S.F.No.3/3 situate at Bodinaickenpalayam village, without putting them on notice, in respect of a portion of land, patta has been given in favour of third party and the petitioner / Sangam has submitted a representation dated 11.03.2016 to the respondent praying for issuance of the copy of the said proceedings in and by which, patta was given in favour of third party and despite the receipt and acknowledgment of the same the petitioner / Sangam has not been furnished with the copy of the said order and hence, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner / Sangam.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
