The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in para 3 of the Order in W.P.No.22881 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023, in third paragraph in the third line instead of W.P.Nos.15623 and 16924 of 2019 and 1857 of 2020, it has to be W.P.No.16939 of 2020 and G.O.Ms.38 dated 09.04.2019 challenged in W.P.No.15623 and W.P.16924 of 2019.

3. In view of the above submissions, in third paragraph in the third and fourth line instead of W.P.Nos.15623 and 16924 of 2019 and 1857 of 2020, it has to be read as W.P.No.16939 of 2020 and G.O.Ms.38 dated 09.04.2019 challenged in W.P.No.15623 and W.P.16924 of 2019. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
