ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to enable the petitioner to peacefully enjoy the property in S.No.136/3, 121/1 Situated at Kailasanadhar Koil Village, Mannarkudi, Thiruvarur by taking consideration of order of interim injunction granted in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.94 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Mannarkudi

2. It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Infact, petitioner also filed suit in O.S.No.94 of 2023 and obtain interim injunction in I.A.No.01 of 2023, however, 3rd respondent is disbursing the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

3. In view of the above, if there is any violation in order of enjoyment of property granted by the trial Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.94 of 2023, the petitioner shall approach the trial Court seeking appropriate relief.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 25-06-2026 SMA To
