This petition has been filed to transpose the Criminal Revision Petition i.e.Crl.R.C.No.375 of 2020 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court as Criminal Appeal and set aside the order of acquittal dated 06.07.2018 made in S.T.C.No.323 of 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Pollachi.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision as Criminal Appeal and post the matter before the concerned Court.
