2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. Despite serving notice on the R-2/insurance company and their name printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Therefore, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
