J U D G M E N T
(Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.) Though this writ petition is filed challenging the order passed in O.A.No.31 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, by raising very many grounds, today, when the matter is taken up for final disposal, it is represented by both sides that in view of the subsequent order passed on 29.06.2015 by the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai VIII Committee, the claim of the first respondent herein who was the petitioner before the Tribunal is satisfied and therefore, the first respondent is not having any grievance as on today as his claim has already been considered satisfactorily by the above said proceedings dated 29.06.2015.
2. Therefore, it is submitted by both counsels that there is nothing to be adjudicated in the present writ petition as the entire dispute between the parties has already been settled in view of the order passed on 29.06.2015 by the Commissioner of Customs Chennai.
3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, as it does not require any order to be passed on merits. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
