This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13684 of 2024, dated 13.06.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13684 of 2024, dated 13.06.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail.
