This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19645 of 2022 directing the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or in the name of his friends or relatives) not less than value of Rs.50 lakhs along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner was granted bail on condition that he shall deposit the original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or in the name of his friends or relatives) not less than value of Rs.50 lakhs along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not have any property to the value of Rs.50 lakhs. However, the petitioner is ready to deposit cash of Rs.10 lakhs.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs instead of depositing the original title deeds not less than value of Rs.50 lakhs. Time is extended till 14.09.2022 to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
