ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.42 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Counsel (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent on instructions would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore in C.C.No.2185 of 2026.

3. In view thereof, keeping open the liberty of the petitioners to agitate their grievance, if any, after receipt of the charge sheet in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
