ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.326 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on receipt of secret information received, the respondent police went for raid near Kullampatti Village, they found that the petitioner was in possession of three Nos. of Single Barrel Country made gun without having any licence. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6.Considering the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
