This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 6 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the based on the secret information, the respondent police intercepted the accused persons and found 2 kgs of Methaphetamine. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused person is commercial quantity. Hence, raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity which needs detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
