ORDER
As against the impugned order passed by the second respondent, appeal provision is available under the statute before the Joint Commissioner of Labour. Granting such liberty to the petitioner to approach the Joint Commissioner of Labour, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as the petitioner intends to approach the Joint Commissioner of Labour by filing appeal. No coercive steps shall be taken upto 15th July, 2026 and thereafter, the official respondents shall proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
