The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four months without fail in Crl.M.P.No.7428 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2951 of 2024 in Cr.No.6 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for three months.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the fact that the investigation was also completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
