C.M.P.Nos.14, 15 &16 of 2022 have been filed to condone the delay of 4371 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant Karupayee Ammal in the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.398 of 2003; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole Appellant Karupayee Ammal in the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.398 of 2003 and to bring on record the petitioners herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant Karupayee Ammal as Appellants 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.398 of 2003.

2.I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit. The delay has happened on account of the fact that there were some litigations pursuant to the judgment dated 17.02.2010 passed by this Court in S.A.No.398 of 2003. Having been satisfied with the delay, C.M.P.No.14 of 2022 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.14 of 2022, C.M.P.Nos.15 & 16 of 2022 are also ordered.
