This petition is filed to condone the delay of 876 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the Judgment dated 09.04.2021 made in S.C.No.152 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
