The petitioner seeks direction for early disposal of original petition filed by him seeking divorce in the year 2018 before the Family Court at Coimbatore. The said original petition has been transferred to Family Court at Chennai and has been numbered as OP.No.1263 of 2020. 1/4

2.It is seen from the records that the parties have filed several applications seeking various interim reliefs including return of property and for criminal proceedings under Section 340(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The said applications are pending. I do not think, it is a fit case where a direction could be issued to the Family Court to dispose of the original petition within a specified time in view of the pendency of various applications.

3.Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move this Court after disposal of the interlocutory applications. No costs.
