ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one Mr.Sathishkumar aged 29 years. On the allegation that Sathishkumar has been found missing from 01.04.2016, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Mr.Sathishkumar was murdered by one Dinesh. In respect of the said murder, a case has been registered on the file of Nellikuppam Police Station. Based on the same, the present case has been altered to one under Sections 302, 201 r/w 3(2)(V) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. The said submission is recorded. In view of the said submission, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
