C.M.P.No. 17357 of 2019 is filed to permit the petitioner exempting her to pay the Court fee of Rs.8,655/- in the C.M.A.Sr.No.99668 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the above C.M.A.SR.No. 99668 of 2019 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.8,655/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.SR.No. for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage. 27.08.2019 (2/3) mtl http://www.judis.nic.in
