W.M.P.Nos.22779 & 22781 of 2023 in W.P.No.22040 of 2023 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

These writ miscellaneous petitions are filed to amend the prayer in the main writ petition and the injunction petition, so as to include the shop number in the prayer namely Shop No.V/F/1.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing the writ petition, by inadvertence the shop number has not been included in prayer of the main writ petition and the injunction petition. Therefore, the present petitions are filed to include the shop number in the prayers.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the W.M.P.Nos.22779 & 22781 of 2023 are ordered.
