This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to comply with the order dated 26.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.371 of 2021 passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.579 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 for the offence under Section 420 of IPC.
